Five stars for Stockdale Construction! They recently renovated our laundry to maximise our space with new flooring, cabinets. Tim took our initial design and brought it to life perfectly to create a highly functional flow. The crew was incredibly helpful and left everything clean and tidy. We couldn't be happier!

My fathers property in gerringong NSW had very bad and serious amounts of termite damage with some mold and old carpets.

Tim had to fix the issues with the roof fallen in on the front bedroom and grage and replace the walls and also check other walls for termite damage fixing the walls with window frames, his understanding of building knowledge is amazing 👏 and dad and myself and our family are very happy with the top flooring work done with the new timber floors and replacement of the walls in such a difficult environment working closely with my dad to achieve everything we wanted to accomplish with the home renovation.

He also worked with the cupboard company and help my dad install bedroom cupboard.
He has a wonderful network of other trades companies to help with electrician repairs and other jobs hr help my dad get new lighting installed into the property.

He even went the extra mile by helping my dad build his grage step with some long screws saving dad and me a trip to bunnings warehouse.

It is safe to say we will be looking forward ro working with him again on future projects for our family home.

Tim and his team were able to transform our pergola into a wonderful modern living space. Tim listened to our requirements and he was able to make terrific suggestions to enhance and modernise our outdoor living area into a totally functional living space.

Tim replaced the clear laser lite roofing with colourbond sheets, to reduce the summer heat and glare as the pergola is north facing, and install three polycarbonate sheets to allow light without the heat.

Tim and his team then masterfully repaired a previously broken support beam, installed a fully wool insulated plaster ceiling complete with six down lights and an amazing remote controlled ceiling fan. On the exterior of the pergola the gutter, facia and barge boards were replaced.

Finally, the ceiling, facia and barge boards were painted with high quality exterior paint.
The whole job was completed in a timely manner and during the renovation his team was always polite, professional, and listened to and acted on any suggestions that we raised.

I would highly recommend Stockdale Constructions to anyone considering renovating or upgrading their home.

Tim and team were fantastic. They were very accommodating and considerate of our family. The renovations and new deck are absolutely fantastic, it is the most used part of our house. Thank you.

We contracted Tim and his team to do renovations to most areas of the downstairs areas of our house. We had our outdoor area enclosed, new outdoor area constructed just to name a small part of our job. Our experience with Stockdale Construction Company was positive and respectful. We have 5 adults and a baby living within the house during what was a major renovation downstairs, some of the adults were working from home. Although renovations are a stressful time, Tim and his team were very respectful and a pleasure to work with. I changed my mind regarding a couple of things during the building but I found Tim to be very approachable, polite and helpful. There is more that I could say but most importantly my message is that I would highly recommend Stockdale Construction Company for any project.

Engaged Tim to totally renovate our old kitchen and bathroom. Super happy with the results. It's an old house, so Tim's advice and perspective on some of the tricky aspects was really appreciated. The works were finished on time and on budget. Tim's a great communicator so we always knew what was happening and what the outlook was week by week. Sub-contractors (plumber and sparkie) were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.
